RFQ information
When you submit an RFQ, we store the email, company, requirement, quantity and attachment you provide so we can reply, quote, review security and keep a business record. Attachments are restricted to authorized staff.
RFQ details are used to handle your sourcing request. Anonymous first-party analytics start only after you explicitly allow them.
Your choice
You can change this at any time. Turning analytics off immediately deletes events from the current anonymous session.

First-party storage supports admin sign-in, security protection, language and your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
After consent, we record only page category, language, whether search returned results and RFQ funnel state. We do not store IP, User-Agent, email, raw part/search text or full URLs, and we use no third-party analytics service.
To keep the service reliable, we aggregate error observations by route template, status, time and a broad source category. These observations do not store IP addresses, full URLs, raw referrers, User-Agent strings, cookies, session IDs, search text, RFQ content or email addresses, and are kept for up to 90 days.
Anonymous events are retained for no more than 90 days. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps analytics off. You can also turn it off and delete the current anonymous session at any time.
